Our Mission

Miles Matias Financial Consulting LLC provides financial education, personalized consulting, and consumer document support.

Our goal is to help consumers better understand credit reports, budgeting, debt organization, responsible financial habits, and the information available to them under consumer protection laws.

We do not promise or guarantee credit-score increases, deletion of accurate information, loan approvals, financing eligibility, or any other specific outcome.

How It Works

1. Initial Consultation

We begin with a consultation to discuss your financial goals, answer general questions, and determine whether our educational or administrative services may be appropriate.

No payment is required for the initial consultation.

2. Written Service Agreement

Before paid services begin, you will receive a written agreement describing:

The specific services to be provided

The total cost of those services

The estimated completion period

Your cancellation rights

Any applicable consumer disclosures

You will have an opportunity to review the agreement before signing.

3. Client-Directed Review and Support

We help you understand the information appearing on your consumer credit reports and organize supporting documents.

You are responsible for identifying information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete and for providing truthful and complete information.

When included in a written service agreement, we may provide administrative assistance with organizing consumer-provided information and preparing correspondence based on that information.

We do not dispute information known to be accurate, advise consumers to make false statements, or promise that information will be removed.

4. Completion and Billing

Fees are disclosed in writing before services begin.

Payment for a credit-related service is not collected until the specific service described in the agreement has been fully performed.

We do not offer automatic monthly credit-repair subscriptions or collect advance fees for credit-repair services.
